Will joined the UW Tacoma community in 2018 and spent seven years as a pre-major academic advisor prior to serving as the Associate Director of University Academic Advising. He also teaches a pre-major student success and major/career exploration course, TUNIV 250: Husky Success Quest. His background in higher education includes study abroad program management and advising at the College of William & Mary and Pacific Lutheran University.
