Introduction
Gerri A. Williams is the Director of Faculty Affairs and Academic Human Resources at the University of Washington Tacoma. A member of the University of Washington community since 2022, she has served in a variety of human resources leadership roles supporting the university's mission and workforce. In her current role, Gerri provides strategic leadership for faculty affairs, academic employment, and policy administration, serving as a trusted advisor to campus leadership on matters impacting more than 450 academic personnel across seven schools.
She is dedicated to fostering collaborative partnerships, operational excellence, and a supportive environment that empowers UW Tacoma faculty to thrive in teaching, scholarship, and service.
