I teach economics and data analysis courses, and research educational and labor market inequalities. I use both large dataset analysis (applied microeconometrics) and randomized experiments to study the roles of policies (such as parental leave and childcare systems) and behavioral aspects (such as confidence, motivation, feedback) in shaping gaps in participation, performance, and outcomes. I aim to provide robust quantitative evidence informed by interdisciplinary knowledge, with practical implications for teaching, HR management, and policymaking.
