Introduction
Raye Evrard is a research assistant with the Puget Sound Institute. She has a B.S. in environmental studies with a minor in oceanography from the University of Michigan, and a M.M.A in Marine Policy from the University of Washington. Her background includes synthesizing vast data, assessing regulatory barriers for shellfish aquaculture, and spreading environmental outreach through online platforms. In her spare time Raye enjoys playing with her cat (Minerva) and walking around her neighborhood with her husband, and food.
