Lindsey McBride is a systems and process improvement professional with 16+ years of experience in higher education and healthcare. She specializes in implementing complex platforms, designing clear business processes, and supporting user adoption through collaborative training. Her work at MultiCare Health System, UW Tacoma, and UW Bothell has focused on building scalable systems that improve clarity, consistency, and impact. Lindsey led advising at UW Bothell in the School of IAS and was the Graduate and Undergraduate Adviser & Recruiter at UW Tacoma with roughly 14+ years of work amongst both campuses. She holds a Master’s in Educational Technology & Instructional Design from Western Governors University.
Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys volunteering with the Red Cross, hiking, and spending time with her family in Tacoma and on Mt. Rainier.
