Juliette earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (2013) and her MBA (2021) from the Milgard School of Business. She brings extensive experience in higher education leadership, student services, administrative supervision, and budget and grants management, having held roles such as Associate Dean of Student Life at Highline College and Director of Engagement & Retention at Bates Technical College.
Beyond her professional expertise, Juliette is deeply committed to community engagement and equity initiatives. She currently serves as Board Chair of the Send It Foundation, supporting young adult cancer survivors through outdoor experiences, serves on the Evergreen MTB Alliance board, and has advised state-level councils on DEI and student policy impacts.
