Introduction
Matthew Weinstein coordinates the Secondary Science Program at the University of Washington. He is author of two books: Robot World: Education, Popular Culture, Science and Bodies Out of Control: Rethinking Science Texts, both published by Peter Lang. His research explores the intersections of science and education, popular and public cultures, and social movements and social justice. He serves on the editorial review board of Cultural Studies of Science Education. He is also the creator of TAMS Analyzer a software system for qualitative research.
