Arthur Jago is an assistant professor of management in the Milgard School of Business at the University of Washington, Tacoma. He completed his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, after which he completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Southern California. He primarily researches automation and the future of work, with a particular emphasis on how new technologies are changing people's experiences in business and society.
