Deveeshree Nayak

I have 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity. I've taught and mentored 5,000 students, and over the past few years, I have been a Professor at UW teaching Cybersecurity classes to undergraduates and masters students across. My expertise spans across security analysis, pen-testing, privacy engineering, cyber crime, and open-source intelligence.
Most importantly, I'm passionate about bringing people and perspectives together. I created my own Podcast called Cyber Security Awareness which brings a multidisciplinary approach and solutions to cyber security challenges. I also was a Founding Member of the Diversity & Inclusion Council at UW where I bring industry Cybersecurity experts. Finally, I regularly speak and give talks in the industry.
