Raye Evrard is a policy analyst with the Puget Sound Institute focusing on a critical analysis for existing stormwater management fees in Western Washington. She has a B.S. in environmental studies with a minor in oceanography from the University of Michigan, and a M.M.A in Marine Policy from the University of Washington. Her background includes assessing regulatory barriers for shellfish aquaculture, and spreading environmental outreach through online platforms. Raye has worked as a program manager for creative communications through which she produced two marine-based podcasts: OCTOPOD and Salish Shes.
