Dr. Fan is currently a tenure-track Assistant Professor with the University of Washington, Tacoma.  

He got the Phd degree in Telematics Systems Engineering from the Technical University of Madrid in 2017.

His research interests include cybersecurity, networking, cloud computing, blockchain, and AI.
