Introduction

Tim Feagan joined the School of Nursing & Healthcare Leadership at the University of Washington Tacoma in 2022, as a part-time Lecturer. Tim has over 25 years experience in industry and leadership, including 17 years in healthcare. Most recently, Tim was the Vice President & Chief Talent Officer for Providence St. Joseph Health, a 52-hospital, 120,000 employee health system in the western U.S. Prior to his work at Providence, Tim was the Executive Director of Organizational Development for Kootenai Health in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
Tim was also Adjunct Faculty for six years at Whitworth University in Spokane, Washington, teaching courses in leadership/management, organizational behavior, human resource management, and organizational development and change.
