Introduction

Dr. Dincer is a software engineering professional with extensive international experience in the software development industry as a practitioner, manager, consultant, trainer, and auditor. He teaches software development and engineering courses at UW and conducts empirical software engineering research with industrial collaborators. He is an internationally certified Project Manager (PMP,) Business Analyst (CBAP,) Software Tester (CTFL,) Information Systems Security Expert (CISSP,) Software Quality Engineer (CSQE,) and Information Systems Auditor (CISA.)
